All of our Lake Edge Homes and cottages have a BBQ, deck with table and chairs. Pillows and comforters are included. Remember to bring your, sheets, pillowcases, towels and personal toiletries.

The use of a paddle boat, canoe and row boat are available at no charge.

Our ONE BEDROOM housekeeping COTTAGE #1, is fully furnished a with a double bed in the bedroom, a pull-out sofa in the living room, a three piece bathroom with a shower and tub and a fully equipped kitchen with items such as, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, pot and pans.  Cable TV.   Outside there is a deck with a BBQ, patio furniture, fire pit and located WATERVIEW.

Our LAKE EDGE # 2 (One bedroom with den) is a housekeeping park model home. There is one bedroom with a queen size bed, a slider divider wall that pulls over with a pull out sofa to make another room. There is a pull out sofa in the living room. This accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with skylight, cable television, and air conditioning.  Outside there is a deck with a BBQ, patio furniture, fire pit and located WATERFRONT. This accommodation has a beautiful 10ft x 40ft deck with a 10ft x 22ft sunroom, fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with skylight, cable T.V. and air conditioning.  Outside there is a deck with a BBQ, patio furniture, fire pit and located WATERFRONT.
(No pets please.  We have reserved this unit for our guests who prefer a non pet friendly unit.)

· Cottage rental fees are determined at time of booking.  If you book for less people then the maximum capacity of your cottage,  any visitors up to the maximum capacity still will be charged the visitor fee of $15.00 per person per day.

· There is a deposit required to book all units.  All payments due one week prior your arrival. 

· Children 2 and under are not counted as a person.

· Parking for cottages - 1 car per unit.  Additional cars are charged $2.00 per day.

VISITORS

· Guests and their cars must be registered at the office as soon as they arrive for parking instructions and for the safety of all our guests.

· Visitor fee is $15.00 per person per day.

· No visitors if the cottage is at maximum capacity.

PET POLICY

Friendly dogs are welcome.  

Pet Rules: $ 25.00 per pet for the week.  All pets are welcome but must be kept under control at all times. Pets must be kept on a leash (including cats). Excessive barking will not be tolerated. Pets must not be left alone in the cottage unless the animal is crate trained. No pets permitted on the beach. Dogs have a designated swimming area. Please clean up after your pet. Do not allow pets on furniture.

CANCELLATION POLICY

· 1-2 bedroom cottage rentals, $100 deposit is required : refundable only if cancellation is received 60+ days prior to reservation : subject to a $25. administration charge : Less then 60 days - No refund.

· Lake Edge Home rentals, $300 deposit is required : refundable only if cancellation is received 60+ days prior to reservation : subject to a $25. administration charge : Less then 60 days - No refund.

· No refunds on last minute bookings and specials.  Total cottage rental fee is required to book.
