Seasonal fee includes Water and Sewer.

All sites are metered individually for hydro with 30 amp service and billed/paid per month.

All deposits and payments are non refundable. Add HST to all fees.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

1. Deposit for next season due last weekend in September $ 500.00

2. Payment due February 15 $ 700.00

3. Balance due in full May opening weekend

If payment is not made when due, your trailer site will become available to rent on a first come basis.
